Individual Profile Form

Woodbury Community Church works with a church managment software called Servant Keeper. In order for us to have accurate membership information, we ask that you complete an Individual Profile Form for each member of your family (including children). You can bring it to WCC and put it in the box in the lobby, e-mail it to lokeefe@wccmn.org, fax it to the church office at 651.739.1427 or mail it to 2975 Pioneer Drive, Woodbury, MN 55215.
